# Create a Manager role

Manager has functions that you can optionally enable for his account

* confirm insufficient payments 
* confirm withdrawals over the limit
* reject withdrawals over the limit
* view dashboard and top-up liquidity
* create invoices
* data viewing and unloading mode (if all functions are disabled)

In section **Merchant\Managers** you can create managers accounts.

* The manager will receive an email notification and a password to access his personal account
